Strange maps also has another one,

, describing Quebec as one of the "nine nations" of North America.
Looking at the 2008 map you link at the strange maps site, I wasn't
clear that the map depicted Quebec favoring the USSR, but rather only
showing Cuba and Nicaragua as pro-Soviet.
